Cinnamon Buns are a sticky, sweet brunch and all-time-favorite pastry. Learn to create some on your own in this workshop. Nothing is quite as good as cinnamon buns straight out of the oven!
Each workshop seat purchased includes a chef-prepared kit with all the DRY ingredients you will need. Each kit contains ingredients for one 9x13 pan of cinnamon buns.
What will you learn to make?
During the workshop, you’ll learn the step-by-step process to mix, knead, roll out, fill and slice a pan of cinnamon buns. Before the workshop, you’ll receive a list of the wet ingredients and kitchen equipment you’ll need. This will be kept as simple as possible, and Chef Giti will suggest substitutions where doable.
How long will the workshop last?
The workshop will last up to 90 minutes. This does not include baking time. During the workshop, there will be plenty of time to ask questions. While the dough rises, Chef Giti will conduct games.
Where will the workshop be held?
The workshop will be held via Zoom* or in-person. At all times, you will be able to see and hear Chef Giti and, if you like, ask questions and show what you’re doing too.
Upon payment of the workshop, you’ll receive an equipment list and preparation instructions. Please gather equipment and complete necessary preparations before the start of the workshop. If the workshop is being conducted via Zoom*, you’ll receive an email with a session ID and password prior to your workshop.
