Giti Fredman has been baking since she was eight years old.
As a teenager, she loved to bake so much that her principal warned that she needed to put away her rolling pin and focus on school work. Giti’s mom even hid her mixer, but nothing could stand between this fiery young woman and her passion. Eight years later that very same principal ordered a cake from Giti’s first boutique bake shop for her daughter’s birthday.
Giti has lived in cities around the world and everywhere she goes her baked goods are in high-demand. But more than even baking for people, Giti loves baking with people.
Giti’s baking workshops have been attended by thousands of people. You would be surprised how combining flour, sugar and eggs brings people together in a magical way. When the pandemic hit, Giti moved her workshops online, which also provided some much-kneaded connection during a difficult time.
Giti has now opened her kitchen to everyone with her new business, Just Bake It! Giti is now bringing these powerful moments to even more people.
